Terms and Conditions All of our gift vouchers feature a unique number. They may only be redeemed once. They can not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. All vouchers are non-transferable. The gift voucher must be booked in advance and presented upon arrival. No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Please note that Sparkling afternoon tea is not available in December.
